You can request deletion of your Actify account and all associated data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

Email us at support@actifyprep.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

Include your account email
Tell us the email address associated with your Actify account so we can locate it.

What will be deleted
We will delete your account, profile information, practice history, question attempts, scores, and any other data tied to your account.
Important: Do not include your password or any other sensitive credentials in your email. We will never ask for your password.
