Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Actify. If you are under 18, you should use this platform with the guidance of a parent, guardian, teacher, or other trusted adult.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate.
02 — What Actify is
What Actify is
Actify is a free, independent ACT-style practice platform for self-studiers. It provides practice questions across English, Math, Reading, and Science to help you prepare for the ACT exam.
Actify is a study tool — not a test prep guarantee. Practice results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and test-taking conditions. We make no representations about specific score outcomes.
All content on Actify is for educational practice purposes only.
03 — Intellectual property
Intellectual property
Our content: The question content, explanations, passages, diagrams, and other educational materials on Actify are owned by Actify or licensed for use on the platform. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, redistribute, scrape, or create derivative works from this content without explicit written permission.
Your data: Your practice data — including your answers, scores, and study history — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership over any information you provide. You can request an export or deletion of this data at any time.
Feedback: If you submit feedback or suggestions about Actify, you grant us the right to use those ideas to improve the platform without compensation or attribution.
04 — Acceptable use

Actify is here to help you study. You agree that you will not:
- Attempt to hack, probe, or exploit any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce question content or any other content from Actify at scale.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Send spam, overload requests, or attempt to disrupt the platform or its availability.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
05 — Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the service.
If your account is suspended in error, contact us at support@actifyprep.com and we will review promptly.
06 — Disclaimer of warranties
Disclaimer of warranties
Actify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty that the content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Use of Actify is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
07 — Limitation of liability
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Actify and its founders, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any ACT exam outcomes.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Actify will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since Actify is free, this means our total liability is $0.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
08 — Changes to the platform
Changes to the platform
We may update, add, or remove features, questions, or other content at any time without prior notice. We may also discontinue the platform, though we will make reasonable efforts to give users advance notice if we do.
We may update these terms — changes will be noted by the updated date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify users by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect.
09 — Governing law
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of Actify that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the courts applicable in your location, as required by law.
